Channels not working

When a channel won't play, viewers can press "Report and go to the next channel" (full screen) or hold OK on it in Home mode and pick "Channel not working". Each TV reports a channel at most once a day. Only the owner's account can see this page.

Delete a row once the channel is fixed or taken off. Programmes in the Library are checked by the daily Library build instead.
