NextGen Cable users

Everyone who has signed in to the NextGen Cable app. Only the owner's account can see this page.

🟢 Last seen works like WhatsApp: online now means their app is open (it checks in every 10 minutes while open), then "last seen 5 min ago", "today at 3:40 PM", "yesterday at 8:40 PM", a weekday, or a date. Grey = not seen for over a week, red = not seen for over 30 days. The list is sorted with the most recently seen at the top; hover over a time to see the exact date.

💳 Click any user to see what they watch (the channel on now or last watched, and for today, 7 or 30 days: the channels, languages, countries and kinds of channel they watch most, and their favourite shows on our Spark channels, and which features they use most: modes, full screen, Movies & Dramas, Games) and their billing details: package, how and how often they pay, next payment date, phone number and notes. The panel lists what's missing; Ask in the app sends them a message and a form to fill in, and the Email, Text and WhatsApp buttons open a ready-made message on your own device for you to send.

🎁 Gifts: in a viewer's panel, Give free Gold turns on Gold for 1 week to 1 year, or forever, with no payment (a Gold package that's still on is made longer). Add free credit gives them dollars that ✓ Paid today takes off their next payment; their app shows it in 💳 My billing details.

✉ Send message writes to a viewer: the message pops up on their TV over whatever they're watching (within a minute if NextGen Cable is open, otherwise the next time they open it), and they can answer right away with the remote. Their answer shows here, with 💬 New reply on their row, and in Suggestions › Messages.

🔑 Set password gives a viewer a new password you choose; tell it to them and they can change it later in the app's Settings. Their app signs out and asks for the new password. ✉ Reset email sends them Firebase's link to make their own (only works if the email is real). Nobody can see a viewer's current password: it's stored scrambled.

⚙ Account (at the bottom of a viewer's panel): ⛔ Deactivate turns their sign-in off. Their app signs them out within about an hour (or when it next starts) and they can't sign back in until you press ✓ Reactivate; nothing is deleted. 🗑 Delete permanently (you type DELETE to confirm) removes their sign-in, package, billing details, messages, forum posts and viewing history for good. Delete only works for accounts not seen for more than 2 months. 💌 Come back reminders (sent automatically each time you open this page): viewers away 7+ days get a friendly message, one more each week, and a final notice with the closing date 2 weeks before the 2-month mark (the banner at the top lists who is due and who is ready to delete; deleting keeps only their email and name on the 📧 Mailing list), in the app (they see it when they next open NextGen Cable) with promo code COMEBACK (the same gift as WELCOME, each account once); the Activity summary sends them all with one button, and WhatsApp / Email open a ready message on your device. Both use your Google owner permission, like Set password.

➕ Add user makes a NextGen Cable account for someone before they install the app: type their name, email and a password you choose, then tell them. They open NextGen Cable, choose email sign-in and type the same email and password. They can change the password later in the app's Settings.
